There is a small patio at the roadside end. At the seaward end, large glazed double doors open onto a much larger patio which has a table, several chairs and wooden storage chest.
The view of the beach and sea are unrivalled and uncompromised by trees or shrubbery. There is also a good area of grass for children to play whilst in sight of the chalet.
The whole chalet has a wooden fence round it, newly built at the rear.
