Chalet 31 is a relaxing space which has been refreshed for the 2025 season. It is a beachfront chalet with a clear uninterrupted view of the sea across to Wales with the sandy beach a few short strides from the patio doors at the rear! Similarly, you can sit peacefully at ‘The Hawn’ Lake and at the beautifully maintained nature reserve, a short walk away from the front of the chalet.

 

Inside:

The layout of the chalet includes a double bedroom with en-suite toilet, a wash hand basin. The lounge is equipped with a double sofa bed and a wardrobe with hangers for storage. Equipment includes an electric convector heater, airer, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and TV/Radio. There is an additional comfortable chair and a drop leaf dining table with 4 dining chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric water heater. The cooker has a four-ring ceramic hob, grill and fan oven.

In addition to the kitchen sink there is a wash hand basin and toilet ensuite to the double bedroom and the clean, well-maintained shower block is a short walk across the green.

Please note – you will need to provide your own bedding (sheets / duvets / pillows), towels & tea towels.

Whilst Chalet 31 does not have its own dedicated Wi-Fi provision. Wi-Fi is available at the site café.

Outside

Well lit, fenced patio areas to front and rear with table and chairs provided.

Parking is available on the grass area at the front of the chalet.

Site facilities include: a shop and café, tennis court, putting green, communal BBQ area and a laundry room.

At the heart of Exmoor, the chalet provides an excellent holiday base for those interested in walking, cycling and enjoying the beauty of the stunning countryside.

Guests are expected to leave the chalet clean and tidy and in a similar condition to the way it was found at the start of the holiday.
